United Utilities is proud to be the sole distributor for Badger Meter in the states of Tennessee and Georgia. These States have varying degrees of informational needs. We are committed to serving them well providing utility metering, AMR/AMI and Leak Detection systems.
Our Operational headquarters are now located in Smyrna, Tn. This location will help make us more accessible to our customers and give us a better feel for the people we serve and the resources we help preserve. Ron Warren is our Vice President of Sales. After a brief stint with the Boston Red Sox, Ron began the pursuit of his other passion: automation. After leading the banking industry through the introduction and implementation of ATM's, Ron began his utility career with Badger Meter. His 5 years of AMR and direct water industry experience make him the ideal candidate to lead our automation efforts throughout Tennessee and Georgia.
Kim Kashmerick is the Facility Manager. Kim has ten years of industry experience and started at Badger Meter. Her vast product knowledge ensures your order will be processed quickly and easily. Heather in Customer Support is always ready to answer questions and assist you in any way needed.
Our Training and Technical Support Department is headed by Richard Gincel. Richard has 7 years of industry and training experience. Robert Eshelman in Technical Support joins Rich to make sure someone is always available to assist you with any technical or training issues. They are ready to help you with IT, Special Projects, GPS and Auto Logging. We offer support for your Badger, Orion Trimble, Itron Systems and FCS Leak Detection Products.
